By placing an order through the website www.djezairli.com, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented electronically.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Sales Regulation, and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping costs (delivery charges) are borne by the buyer.
Each product is delivered to the person or entity at the address specified by the buyer, within 30 days at the latest unless otherwise agreed.
All products must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
If the buyer fails to pay or cancels the payment for the product, the seller is under no obligation to deliver the item.
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unauthorized or used fraudulently, and the transaction amount is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
In the event of force majeure outside the seller’s control, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or request a delay in delivery.
If the order is canceled:
Refunds for payments made in cash will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the bank within 14 days. Please note that transfer times may vary depending on the bank.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. Damaged, crushed, or defective products should not be accepted. If accepted, the product will be deemed intact.
If returned, the item must not be used and must be returned with the original invoice.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without any justification or penalty, by notifying the seller.

For services, the withdrawal period starts on the contract date.
If the performance of the service has already begun with the buyer’s approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Any costs incurred due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller.
To return a product under the right of withdrawal, the following must be provided:
Original invoice
Return form
The product must be returned complete and undamaged, including its box, packaging, and any included accessories.
The seller must refund the total amount within 10 days of receiving the buyer’s notice of withdrawal, and collect the returned product within 20 days.
If the product’s value has decreased due to the buyer’s fault, the seller may deduct the loss from the refund.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Customized or personalized products made upon the buyer’s request
Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons if the packaging has been opened (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Perishable items or those with a risk of expiring soon
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, the terms of the agreement between the buyer and the card-issuing bank will apply.
The bank may initiate legal proceedings and charge the buyer for related costs.
