DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By placing an order through www.djezairli.com, the Buyer accepts the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
1.1 – Seller Title:

1.2 – Buyer:
The individual who becomes a member of www.djezairli.com and places an order. The address and contact information provided during registration will be used for all communications.
The basic characteristics of the goods or services are available at www.djezairli.com and can be reviewed during the promotional period.
The prices listed on the website represent the selling price. All listed prices and product descriptions remain valid until updated or removed. Time-limited offers expire at the end of the specified period.
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, payment method, and details at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
3.1) The Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted all preliminary information regarding the product(s), price, and delivery terms on www.djezairli.com and has given the required confirmation electronically.
3.2) The product(s) shall be delivered within 30 days at the latest to the address specified by the Buyer or to the designated recipient, depending on location.
3.3) The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by the shipping company during the delivery process.
3.4) The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the product(s) are delivered in sound condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications provided in the order.
3.5) The Seller may, with the Buyer’s consent, supply a different product of equal quality and value if needed.
3.6) If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer will be informed and the full payment will be refunded within 10 days.
3.7) The Buyer must confirm the preliminary information form electronically before product delivery.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, the following conditions must be met:
The product invoice must be included (corporate returns require an official return invoice).
The return form must be filled.
The product must be returned complete and undamaged, including its original packaging and any accessories.
For domestic orders, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the designated recipient, by notifying the Seller through the contact information provided below:

If the purchase concerns a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the contract date.
If the service has begun with the Buyer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The Seller shall cover any costs related to the use of the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via registered mail, fax, or email) within 14 days, and the product must not fall under the “Non-Returnable Products” clause.
For valid withdrawal:
The invoice must be included.
(If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be provided.)
The return form must be filled.
The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Customized or made-to-order products
Hygiene-sensitive items where packaging is opened (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Perishable goods or items with an expiration risk
In case of complaints or disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in their place of residence or where the Seller is located.
